WOG restored the filling station occupiers had destroyed in Chernihiv
The WOG filling station network continues to restore the stations destroyed during enemy attacks. Thus, after a major renovation, a filling station complex was opened in Chernihiv at 231 ‘a’ Myr Avenue. In 2022, it was completely destroyed during one of the enemy shelling.
After the liberation of Chernihiv region, the company got cracking with the reconstruction of the filling station. This was done in accordance with the concept under which the renovation of the WOG filling stations is taking place. The main emphasis is placed on the maximum convenience and friendliness of the space to different categories of customers.
Thus, a barrier-free space has been implemented at the filling station: a corduroy tactile paving has been laid at the entrance to the filling station, there are no thresholds inside the facility, and a separate restroom for people with disabilities and mothers with babies has been installed.
The space inside the filling station is organized in such a way as to make the customer experience as best as possible. So, WOG's special feature – the coffeeiest coffee – has a separate zone: from now on the coffee machines are located on a special WOG Barista coffee island. This makes it possible to improve the ergonomics of preparing coffee drinks and dilute guest flows.
Now the renovated filling station has an expanded cafe area, where, depending on the guests’ needs, you can have a snack or a full lunch, breakfast or a delicious dinner. Besides, charging slots for various types of gadgets are installed on the tables, so you can always recharge your mobile device or work at the filling station.
Two WOG PAY BOX self-service terminals have been placed at the entrance, which is already a signature feature of the WOG network. They make it possible to pay for fuel, goods from WOG MARKET and order goodies from WOG CAFE with one bill. Guests also have the opportunity to choose the most convenient payment method: bank card, fuel card, PRIDE Wallet or bonuses. Except for that, self-service terminals expand the inclusive capabilities of filling stations, as they make ordering and payment more comfortable for people with speech and hearing disabilities.
Only digital communication channels are used at the premises of the complex.
The latest energy-saving technologies were used in the construction process: LED systems, energy-saving lamps, energy-saving refrigeration equipment, etc. The lighting system was installed in such a way as to emphasize the presentation of products and the absence of “cold zones” in the salesroom.
In order to give our guests the opportunity to feel more comfortable while they are at the filling station, natural materials were used in the interior decoration with interspersed elements in WOG's signature green colours.
