WOG implemented the renovation of the gas station on 8 Naddniprianske Highway in Kyiv. This is the second gas station complex in the capital that the network has renovated since the beginning of the year. We will remind you that the first facility was located at 5 Sevastopilska Square, which opened this year at the beginning of January.
The main feature of the updated WOG gas station is a fundamentally reimagined customer journey, which aims to change the customer experience. The guest's journey is designed in such a way as to assure maximum comfort. This is achieved thanks to the simple and understandable logic of placing product categories and consumer services.
The hall is centred by a large WOG Barista coffee island with improved ergonomics that helps to dilute customer flows. It is equipped with three unique Swiss-made super coffee machines of the Franke SB1200 series, which offer customers an extremely wide selection of coffee drinks, including several types of cold brew coffee, as well as cocoa, matcha and milkshakes. By the way, this is the only gas station in Ukraine that has such automatic machines.
The redesigned cafe area performs several functions depending on the needs of the guests: here you can have a quiet lunch, a quick snack or a coffee. You can also work or recharge gadgets here.
At the renovated gas station, the inclusive component has been significantly improved: there are adapted bathrooms for small guests. WOG PAY BOX self-service terminals have been installed in the trading hall, which have become the hallmark of the WOG network. They have several advantages: they allow you to pay for fuel, goods, coffee and goodies on your own in a few clicks with one check. On top of that, WOG PAY BOX makes ordering and payment more comfortable for people with speech and hearing disabilities.
Inside, the gas stations switched to non-analogue communication channels: multimedia menu, video content with promotional offers, etc. This is another step to improve the customer experience.
WOG is an eco-conscious company, so the renovation process was organized in compliance with the principles of environmental friendliness. Thus, we used the most modern energy-saving technologies: LED systems, energy-saving lamps, etc. Technologically, the lighting system is installed in such a way as to make an emphasis on the presentation of goods and the absence of “dead zones”.
For decoration, we used natural wood with interspersed elements in WOG's signature green colours. Such a colour scheme should provide guests with additional comfort during their stay at the gas station complex.
Another feature of the gas station is its location near the lake. With the approach of the warm season, a street cafe will be arranged on the complex territory. Our guests will have the opportunity to have a snack in the fresh air, drink a cup of the best coffee and enjoy their favourite delicacies in comfortable conditions.
