WOG opened a filling station after major renovation on Zviahel belt highway in Zhytomyr Region
WOG filling station network continues renovation of its facilities. At the end of February, the company opened another updated filling station located in the village of Nova Romanivka on Zhytomyr highway, 31 (Zhytomyr region, Zviahel district (former Novohrad-Volynskyi, belt highway)).
This is already the fourth significantly changed filling station since the beginning of the full-scale war. In the process of renovation, WOG continues to make it a policy to create a space that is fully focused on the convenience of the client.
Thus, the updates affected all filling station zones. New fuel dispensers were installed. The trading hall underwent fundamental changes. The coffeeiest coffee has been the hallmark of WOG for many years. As part of the renovation, not only the location of the coffee machines was radically changed, but also improved ergonomics of coffee preparation were offered: the coffee machines are located on a special coffee island, and guests can independently prepare their favourite cold coffee drinks.
We have expanded the area of the cafe, which now simultaneously performs a number of functions depending on the guest's needs: you can have a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner at comfortable tables, as well as a quick snack or coffee at the "bar counter". By the way, it is equipped with charging slots for various types of gadgets, so that our guests can recharge their mobile devices or work.
WOG PAY BOX self-service terminals - branded WOG trademark - are installed at the entrance. They make it possible to pay for fuel, goods from WOG MARKET and order goodies from WOG CAFE with one bill. Our guests also have the opportunity to choose the most convenient payment method: by bank card, fuel card, from the PRIDE Wallet or with bonuses. Besides, self-service terminals expand the inclusive capabilities of filling stations, because they make ordering and payment more comfortable for people with speech and hearing disabilities.
But this is not the only tool of inclusiveness. A barrier-free space has also been introduced at the renovated filling station: corduroy tactile paving has been laid at the entrance to the gas station, there are no thresholds inside the facility, and a separate restroom is equipped for people with disabilities and mothers with babies.
Analog communication channels inside filling stations were replaced by digital ones. This is another innovation of ours that will improve the customer experience: all promotions, offers, menus in WOG CAFE can now be seen on interactive screens. In addition, the traditional price board was replaced with a modern digital one.
During the renovation, cutting-edge energy-saving technologies were used and implemented: LED systems, energy-saving lamps, energy-saving refrigeration equipment, etc. The lighting system is mounted in such a way as to make an emphasis on the presentation of goods and the absence of “cold zones” on the trading floor.
The interior is decorated with natural materials with splashes of elements in WOG's signature green colours. All this is done in order to provide our guests with extra comfort while they are at the filling station complex.
