UAH 4.2 mln for “Bonus Armor”
7 November 2023

WOG gas station network together with the PRIDE community under the “Bonus Armor” project, implemented by Serhii Prytula Charitable Fund together with Ukrainian retailers, collected UAH 4.2 mln. The funds were used to purchase the FV432 evacuation tracked armoured personnel carrier and the evacuation Snatch Land Rover for the Defence Forces of Ukraine.

These armoured medevacs will allow combat medics to quickly provide medical assistance to wounded defenders, as well as evacuate them from the front line to stabilization points or hospitals. Their armoured structure will provide protection against bullets and projectiles that threaten the lives of the wounded and medical workers.

This project is unique: for the first time, Serhii Prytula Charitable Fund united Ukrainian retailers and their customers to help save the lives of defenders together. Probably for the first time every bonus and point of the loyalty program had such a high price. Thus, during October, each of our clients within the whip-round could make their contribution by transferring any number of bonuses accumulated in their PRIDE bonus account to “Bonus Armor” charity project. WOG converted them into hryvnias and transferred them to Serhii Prytula Charitable Fund for the purchase of armoured vehicles for the Defence Forces. We are once again grateful to the PRIDE community for their solidarity and willingness to join a life-saving deed”, Hennadii Karlinskyi, marketing director of the WOG gas station network noted.

We will remind that the ARGO multi-brand store chain, the EVA drogerie beauty and health chain, the Ukrainian online service for product selection and price comparison Hotline, the ALLO national marketplace, Antoshka children's chain, Podorozhnyk pharmacy chain, Silpo supermarket chain, and trade chain of food and industrial supermarkets Fora also joined the project.
