WOG paid more than UAH 10.4 billion in taxes and fees for 12 months of 2023

In total, the company transferred 10.4 billion hryvnias to the budgets of all levels for 2023. This amount includes income tax, VAT on sold goods and services, retail excise tax, personal income tax, military levy, land tax, compulsory state pension insurance levy.

It is worth noting that WOG transferred 3.875 billion hryvnias to the budgets of all levels only in the 4th quarter of 2023, in particular, taxes on retail sales amounted to more than 565.7 million hryvnias, or in terms of 1 litre of fuel sold, the payment of taxes on operational activity amounted to 1.97 hryvnias per litre.

It is commonly known that the WOG filling station network has had significant credit obligations for a long time. thus, since the full-scale invasion, the company has not only continued to make payments, but has also established a reputation as a responsible borrower. This approach made it possible, in particular, to exit the financial restructuring with the state Savings Bank. In total, in 2023, 1.6 billion hryvnias were transferred to state banks in the form of loans and interest on loans.

Summarizing the results of the year, it should be noted that in the form of taxes, fees to the budgets of all levels and deductions to banks owned by the state, WOG paid 2.64 hryvnias for each litre of fuel sold in 2023.
