Official conditions of Promotion

«WOG congratulates with motorist's Day!»
(Next - «Promotion»)
1. Organixer of Promotion Promotion.
1.1. Organixer of advertizing Promotion «WOG congratulates with motorist's Day!» is Limited Liability Company «GOLDEN EQUATOR», 43010, Lutsk, 38 Kremenetska Str. (next- «Organizer»).
2. The purpose of promotion: advertising (popularization) of «Pride» brand.
3. Particpants and territory of promotion (location).
3.1. In promotion are able to take part citizents of Ukraine who are over 18 during promotion (next - «Participant» or «Participants»), that participants who at the moment of the drawing are participants who are registered participants of promotion «Pride» according to official rules of «Pride» program. Participant does not pay or give some for participation.
3.2. Participnts of promotion can be just registered Participants of Promotion (during promotion) participants of promotion «Pride», acting at AGS «WOG».
3.3. Are not and are ot able to participate in promotion
- Employees of Promotion Organizer;
3.4. Particiption of Promotion is limited of able-bodied and disabled persons is carried out in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine;
3.5. Promotion conducts at AGS «WOG», on which is spread out action of the program «Pride», all over Ukraine.
4. Point of Promotion.
4.1. Promotion provides possibility of Participan (Participants) of Promotion to get the right on getting gifts, listed in chapter 8 of current rules.
5. Terms of Promotion.
5.1. Terms of Promoton - from 15.10.2011. to 30.10.2011 including.
6. Procedure of Promotion.
6.1. Registered users of rogram «Pride», who will accumulate during Promotion 500 and more bonuses, automatically are participants of drawing valuable gifts. very next 500 bonuses, accumulated for term of holding Promotion to the card of Participant, proportionally increase the chances for getting gifts. Bonuses are awarded for purchase at AGS «WOG» with using «Pride» cards, acrding to conditions of «Pride» program.
6.2. Determnation of the winners will be on November 1, 2011, at 15.00, in the presence of a specially created by Organizer Committee, independent persons and the notary.
6.3. Specially established Commission determines winers of Promotion by random computer selection of card numbers of registered Participants of Promotion.
6.4. Determination procedure of Promotion winners registeres with protocol, wich is sighed by members of Committee.
7. Publication of Promotion results.
7.1. Information of the winners of Promotion will be on official site of Organizer (www.wog.ua) ot later then 04.11.2011.
8. Gifts of Promotion.
8.1. There are sch gifts of promotion s:
8.1.1. Coupons for he fuel 1000 litters - 1 winner
8.1.2. Coupons for the fuel 500 itters - 5 winners
8.1.3. Coupons for the fuel 100 litters - 40 winners
8.1.4. Coupons for the fuel 50 litters - 450 winners
8.2. Mark of fuel while getting gift by Participant-winner of Promotion determines according to what fuel mark (marks) he was filling his car during Promotion using «Pride» card. In case if durng Promotion articipant-winner of Promotion bought two and more marks of fuel, Organizer will decide wat mark of fuel winner should get.
9. The order and terms of getting gifts of Promotion by Winners.
9.1. After Promotion, during 04.11.2011, Organizer of Promotion will send message to Participants-winners with information about their acquired right for getting gift (if Organizer has cell phone of Participant).
9.2. Gifts (coupons for the fuel) provides to Participants-winners of Promotion in number that appropriates to the volume of the fuel in litters, and determnes during the drawing (p.6.2. Rules).
9.3. Participants-winners, who have got right for getting the gift can get it in term before 30.11.2011. (including), contact to the closest branch of Organizer of Promotion. List of branches of Organizer and cntact phones are located on official site of Organizer www.wog.ua.
9.4. Gettig of the gift means possibility to get it for 0,01 hrn (One cop.), with VAT.
9.5. For getting gift Participants of Promotion who have got this rule, have to confirm their person, showing "Pride" card and document to the Organizer, that identes participant-winner (pasport of the citizen of Ukraine or drive license).
10. Other.
10.1. All gifts of action participants can get just following rules.
10.2. Gifts are not changable and returnable. Organizer is not responsible for using Participants Gift after getting Gift by participant.
10.3. Money`th worth of gifts for winners of the action is not giving.
10.4. According to the requirements article 634 Civil Code of Ukraine to agreements of accession it means opportunity of conclusion this kind of agreement just the way of accession one hand to offered agreement his participation in action all participants agree with conditions of this rules and undertakes to do it.
10.5. All results of the action are final and are not subject to appeal.
10.6. Procedure of determination of recipients of gifts is not lottery or some other based on risk game and not-for-profit
10.7. For organization and passing action also for implementation of control for the course of the action Organizer is able to add any third persons.
10.8. Additional information about action is possible to get by number of Call-centre 0-800-300-525 (calls from home phones in Ukraine are free of charge).
10.9. Real rules, so as any changes in it come into force since the moment it`s accommodation by Organizer on Internet site www.wog.ua.
10.10. Organizer of the action leave for himself rule to change gift fund of the action and / or separate kinds of gifts of action, or include in action some other gifts, not provided by real rights |
